Company Overview
HH Architecture is a full-service design firm. We design spaces for discovery, wellness, recreation, and civic service that are flexible, durable, and adaptable. We believe our clients’ physical spaces should reflect the mission and value of their brands, so they can grow their organization by attracting and retaining talent and clients. We believe good design should be accessible to all, and that as architects, we are accountable to the communities in which we live and work. We take a collaborative, partnership-style approach to design so that we can apply our expertise to bring our clients’ vision to life.
Our firm is led by four partners, Kristen M. Hess as CEO, David Carey as Technical Director, Siler Ransmeier as Director of Design, and Jenessa Van Deen as Director of Operations. We have 15 licensed design professionals supported by design and production staff.
In recognition of our firm’s exemplary design, growth, and impact in the state, HH Architecture was awarded AIA North Carolina Firm of the Year for 2022. Additionally, HH Architecture was awarded the Emerging Professional Friendly Firm Certificate by AIA North Carolina in 2023, this award is given to firms that foster the growth of diverse, creative, resilient, and knowledgeable architects and designers.
