FM Solutions, LLC is celebrating 15 years in business.
FM Solutions is a Small, Micro and Woman-owned Business specializing in Workspace Change Management. We provide solutions for the physical work space and employee churn as companies are growing, consolidating, renovating, or relocating. After many years in architectural and interior design firms we recognized the need for small, tactical teams to complement design, construction and occupancy phases of projects – teams with a strategic perspective and focused experience in those fields to accomplish ancillary tasks along the critical path of a project.
FM Solutions has planned and managed the relocation of more than 15,000 people since the firm was launched in 2003. With an average of 30 years of experience in interior design, business administration and facility management, FM Solutions Project Managers have a solid understanding of the relationship between the functional environment and the business needs of our clients.
FM Solutions currently operates with 3 FTE’s, 2 PTE’s and 2 as-needed employees.
