Company History
Copper Leaf Interior Design Studio, owned by Pamela Holschuh, ASID, began in 1996 as a design studio and retail location in Marietta, Ohio. The business grew to encompass two full retail locations on the most sought after street in town. During this time, Holschuh, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Ohio University, began to also expand her design services, to include commercial and residential design, new construction, remodeling, renovation, and project management. In 2005, Holschuh moved the studio and shifted the business from a retail entity to a professional studio with a focus on design services and products. In the fall of 2013, Copper Leaf relocated again, along the Muskingum River in Marietta. This newest location more than tripled the previous space, and provided the opportunity for Copper Leaf to move forward in their relationship with international window treatment specialists Hunter Douglas, as a Showcase Priority Dealer. Copper Leaf is also now a dealer for American Leather furniture, with several pieces on display at their showroom.
In addition to providing a comprehensive array of design services, Copper Leaf Interior Design Studio also offers an extensive selection of furnishings, accessories and lighting. The website, www.copperleafinteriors.com, was completely reworked in 2012 to showcase the company’s considerable portfolio, provide industry information, and provide interaction with the public on different platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Houzz.
