Company History
2011 I placed a stake in the ground with faith I would figure out the right path forward. My intent was simple. Create a business which would allow me the flexibility I needed and desired as a mother - while also allowing me to work with and for who I felt closely aligned with in terms of business values and purpose.
we also saw the opportunity to help others take risks and leverage their experience across industry sectors within the Built Environment. Too many talented people feel stuck. We understand this because we have been there. with authenticity, values, and focused intention we have looked for opportunities to help others secure work in positions or business disciplines they would not otherwise have pursued. We don't simply use the words construction, architecture, real estate - we have actually served these sectors in the field. this matters.
Notable Accomplishments / Recognition
Mother of one daughter. Leader in commercial and residential construction, architecture, and development> Created Village Suites - Division of Village Green Property Management. Led Global Account Sales for multi-billion manufacturer managing nearly $40 million in annual revenue a an individual contributor. Served businesses like Google, Facebook, Salesforce, Amazon - helping their facilities and real estate teams build global CRE portfolios. Founded the Diversity and Inclusion Council for respected Fortune 50 company > McGraw-Hill Companies as the select leader of the construction and architectural services division, Selected as AEC Sector Employee Engagement Leader for the entire enterprise. Founded my own business to help others thrive at work - focusing on skilled experts in design, architecture, project management, workplace strategy to secure flexible, equitable, project based work.
