Description
We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our Bay Area studio-someone with a strong design voice, a refined eye, and a passion for creating thoughtful, enduring interiors.
Our work is rooted in design with a capital D. We are looking for a designer who shares that ethos: someone who is deeply engaged in materiality, detail, and the craft of making spaces. This role will lead projects from early concept through execution, shaping the design narrative while ensuring rigor and clarity at every stage.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role for a designer who is as comfortable presenting ideas as they are developing them-someone who can move fluidly between big-picture thinking and precise delivery.
Requirements
This is a full-time position, with salary and benefits commensurate with experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and thrives in a collaborative studio environment. Successful candidates will bring:
- An accredited professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 5-10 years of post-graduate professional experience in a design or architecture firm
- NCIDQ certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of materials, furnishings, and vendors, with the ability to lead FF&E selection and specification
- A strong design sensibility and commitment to design excellence
- A positive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage the design delivery process
- Experience across all phases of project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, design, permitting, construction documents, and construction administration
- Strong drafting, 3D modeling, and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience across multiple project types and scales
