Description

We are seeking an Interior Designer to join our team and support a diverse range of projects alongside an integrated group of design professionals.  This role will work closely with the design team to assist with projects from early concept through execution, contributing to creative development, documentation, FF&E coordination, and project organization while gaining hands-on experience in professional interior design practice.

Key Responsibilities

Design Documentation & Technical Support

• Assist in preparing furniture plans, interior elevations, and design drawings under the direction of senior designers.  
• Support the development and organization of design documentation and construction drawing sets.  
• Assist in updating drawings and documentation throughout the life of a project.  
• Review project information and incorporate revisions based on team feedback.  
• Help maintain organization and consistency within project files and documentation.

Project Support & FF&E Coordination

• Assist with the selection and documentation of finishes, materials, and furnishings.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of project boards, finish schemes, and samples.
• Organize and track materials, samples, and product information for project team.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and internal project documents.
• Take notes during important meetings to document key decisions and action items.

Requirements

Requirements

• BS/BA in Interior Design or Architecture (or currently completing degree)
• 0–3 years of professional experience or relevant internship experience 
• Foundational understanding of design principles, materials, and spatial planning  
• Basic proficiency in 2D drafting and documentation  
• Willingness to learn and develop professional design skills  
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship experience in an interior design or architecture firm 
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite  
• Basic 3D modeling or rendering skills 
• Familiarity with Studio Designer or other project management tools
