Claire Crowe Collection is a design-driven artisan metalwork studio serving interior designers and architects nationwide. Our work includes custom fireplace screens, lighting, wall sculptures, and related metalwork, all rooted in craftsmanship, beauty, and heirloom quality.
We are seeking a Designer Relations & Sales Operations Coordinator to support our trade clients and manage the front end of our sales operations. This role is highly detail-oriented and client-facing, serving as a primary point of contact for designers from initial inquiry through purchase.
The ideal candidate is organized, polished in written communication, comfortable managing multiple active projects, and experienced working within the interior design or luxury furnishings ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary contact for interior designers, responding to inquiries with clarity and professionalism Prepare accurate quotes for standard and custom projects and guide designers through options, pricing, and timelines Approve and onboard new trade accounts; maintain clean records and welcome materials Manage order processing and documentation across CRM, invoicing, and internal systems Maintain an accurate pre-sale pipeline, including follow-ups on open quotes and invoices Track client origin and key project details for reporting and marketing insights Support light designer outreach and relationship development as bandwidth allows Use internal AI-based writing tools to maintain brand-consistent communication

Qualifications Required
3–5 years of experience in a client-facing, detail-heavy role Excellent written communication skills Strong organizational abilities and comfort managing many active projects Experience working with CRM systems Service-oriented approach with confidence working directly with designers Preferred
Experience in an interior design studio, showroom, luxury furnishings brand, or custom fabrication environment Familiarity with trade programs or designer account support Experience with quoting or coordinating custom product projects
Compensation & Benefits $60,000–$72,000 base salary, depending on experience Health insurance contribution Paid time off and paid holidays Participation in company growth bonus program Limited work-from-home flexibility following training period
